To return an item, please complete the reverse side of your invoice and enclose it with the returned merchandise. For your protection, merchandise must be returned prepaid and insured via UPS, FedEx, or U.S. mail. Upon receipt of the complete returned purchase, BDS will issue a corporate check to refund the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling.
If you receive a damaged product you may contact Bamboo Data Systems at customerservice@bamboodatasystems.com to request a refund or replacement. Be sure to include your name and contact information. A customer service representative will contact you to resolve your problem.
